With over two decades of experience in real estate brokerage operations and management — including 18 years as Director of Operations at our former company — Kim Vernon brings deep industry knowledge, leadership, and insight to Holland Real Estate & Home Advisory. Having built a great working relationship with our team in the past, she recognized the value of our model and joined us to be part of a company embracing the evolution of real estate.
 
She plays a key role in streamlining day-to-day workflows, supporting agents and staff, and helping build a modern, service-focused brokerage model. Her commitment to efficiency, organization, and collaboration ensures the office runs smoothly, empowering the team to deliver exceptional client service.
 
In addition to her expertise in transaction management, compliance, and process improvement, Kim is known for her warm, approachable style.
